Governance
Dr. Bhavin Shastri (Queen’s University) and Dr. Joyce Poon (University of Toronto) serve as co-Directors of the NUCLEUS training program. They are guided by three committees comprising senior executives, industrial representatives, curriculum developers, academic leaders, I-EDIAA representatives, and trainees.
Education Committee
The Education Committee defines learning outcomes and ensures alignment with the program’s structure, trainee activities, and assessments. This committee is responsible for organizing the Summer School and additional educational activities.
Management Committee
The Management Committee oversees the allocation of scholarships, reviews trainee reports and provide feedback, organizes the mentorship program, and prepares the annual program reports.
Program Committee
The Program Committee offers strategic direction for the training initiative. They set performance indicators, approve the program’s curriculum, provide feedback on reports, and evaluate the program’s overall success.
